Mit der EM 600 können bis zu 6 aufeinanderfolgende Prozesswerkzeuge für die HV Kabelverarbeitung in einer Station kombiniert werden. Nach dem Einsetzen bleibt das Kabel in einer festen Position, während die Werkzeuge sich zum Kabel bewegen, um die HV Kabel optimal zu schützen. Die Gesamtzykluszeit einer Kabelkonfektion der EM 600 Station beträgt ca. 35 s für alle Abläufe. Dabei kann die Station jährlich ca. 400.000 Hochvolt Kabel konfektionieren. Hierdurch reduziert sich nicht nur die Bearbeitungszeit der HV Kabel, auch der Personalbindungsfaktor sinkt um ca. 30%.

The EM 600 can integrate up to six successive process tools in one single station. After insertion, the cable remains in a fixed position while the tools move towards the cable to provide optimum protection for the HV cable wires. The total cycle time of an EM 600 station is approx. 35 seconds for all operations of this station, with a total capacity of approx. 400,000 cable ends per year
